I am unable to find an email address for you but I would like to acknowledge VINITA who checked us in at the Front Desk. She was extremely kind and helpful and had a lovely gracious manner. She also gave us tips on the area. She is the perfect example of the person you want up front to give a good impression of the hotel and the island. I worked in the airline business and I know how important good customer service is. Give my thanks and congratulations to VINITA. The rest of your staff in the other areas were also very nice. Being placed to sit directly in front of the food bar when there were lots of vacant seats in other parts of the restaurant and other people were being seated elsewhere.

the hotel ,staff, beach,the view of the ocean, the cru ,the buffet, the service,everything was excellent,we really recomend this hotel.
just be carefull with the cie of taxi you dealing with when you called a taxi because the ride that we have to the airport at 3 o'clock at night was certainly the worse that i have in my life.

I want to say I was totally impressed with the hotel. The facilities including the awesome seawater infinity pool was awesome. The staff were absolutely fantastic and made me feel like home. My sincere thanks to all the staff who made my stay so enjoyable. To mention a few, Natalie, Raynni and Lisa at the bar were informative, helpful and a sheer delight to converse with each evening. Bianca who looked after my drinks by the pool during the day was also a joy to see everyday. Ruth at the restaurant was also very hospitable, engaging and informative about the Island. Between the staff and hotel facilities I rate this one of my best trips to the Caribbean yet. If anyone should have second thoughts about the lack of a ocean beach they can put it aside. The infinity beach pool is better than an ocean beach. I will be back here for sure and my sincere thanks to all the staff.
The only one comment is that I would have given the hotel a 10+ but because they chose to use in-room internet service as a revenue/profit stream I find that annoying in this day and age. Get with the times. A facility this pleasant, well maintained and appointed shouldn't have to do this. The room rate should include the service. That said it was nice to have the complimentary internet service in the Lobby and other public areas as a compromise.

We stayed here for our honeymoon/family trip. It was the perfect hotel, staff was above and beyond helpful. The front desk even assisted us in retrieving a cellphone that was left in a taxi that had already left! We give this hotel 2 thumbs up, and are planning to return again next month...
